Iād been dealing with a hyperpigmentation area for over 3 years and I tried everythingā(OTC products, prescriptions) and seen a few dermatologist. Nothing worked.Frustrated - one day while searching online, I came across Dr. Grayman and PureSkin Dermatology. This time, I specifically wanted to see a dermatologist familiar with my skin type and culture because, after several failed attempts with others, I figured maybe someone who truly understands skin like mine could actually help.At first, I was hesitant (as anyone would be), but I decided to schedule a consultation. After accessing my skin issue, Dr. Grayman immediately knew what kind of treatment would work best. I even said to her āIf youāre absolutely confident about this treatment, Iāll move forward with you,ā and she said without hesitation, āYes, I am confident.ā At that moment, I felt optimistic that I'm in good hands.Fast forward through 4 treatmentsāand wow! Iām super satisfied with the results. My skin in the problem area looked so much better. Dr. Grayman and her team have been nothing but professional, kind, and attentive before, during, and after every session. The ladies at the front desk are absolute sweetheartsāsuper warm and welcoming, but still professional. The nurse assistants are just as greatāvery patient, friendly, professional and detail-oriented.Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Grayman and her team. "I travel all the way from London UK to see Dr Grayman. Sheās literally the only dermatologist I have found in the last 10 years that truly understands skin of colour. I suffer from acne prone skin, every now and again I break out in the worst legions. I have seen various Harley street London Drās but frankly with little results. When things get very desperate, I reach out to Dr Greyman in Orlando to fix me! My skin seems to love her āPure Skinā range of products too. My daughter was with me and was very well mannered during the appointment (except she accidently stepped on the chair control and my feet went down on the exam table, haha). "I needed to write this rebuttal to negative reviews. I just returned home from a visit to Dr. Grayman in a joyful and hopeful mood. I'm so pleased with my visit, that I called my friend in California to share the hope that Dr. gave me , for my 2 year skin problem, that is excruciating. I'm of the mind that "WE" the patient should "NOT" consider our Drs and office staff, our Concierges!!!" "WE" are responsible for our lateness. One late person backs up the whole day!! Not fair to office, or Dr other patients...Our expectations that "WE ARE ENTITLED" to be treated how "WE" want everyone to do is ludicrous.. If you are upset at the office visit....I can guarantee, you are self-centered and want everything your way at every turn in your life. Remember, patience is a virtue.. I'm so pleased with my visit, that I called my friend in California to share the hope that Dr. gave me , for my 2 year skin problem, that is excruciating. I'm of the mind that "WE" the patient should "NOT" consider our Drs and office staff, our Concierges!!!" "WE" are responsible for our lateness. One late person backs up the whole day!! Not fair to office, or Dr other patients...Our expectations that "WE ARE ENTITLED" to be treated how "WE" want everyone to do is ludicrous..If you are upset at the office visit....I can guarantee, you are self-centered and want everything your way at every turn in your life. "I saw Dr. Grayman recently as a new patient. She definitely knows her stuff she came in and examined me for less than 5 minutes before reaching a diagnosis. It literally took me longer to check in at the front desk! I am going to see how effective the regimen she has prescribed works and check back in with her in a few months. Only downside side is she books up very quickly, it took me months to get a new patient appointment and they had to set my follow up appointment more than 2 months out so this may be an issue for anyone needing immediate care but may also speak to her expertise. I do agree with the other reviews that you speak with the MA more and Dr. Grayman does not really make small talk she gets right to the examination but this does not bother me as that is what I am there for to get a diagnosis and treatment. I will stick with her practice and see where things go from here."

"Went on a very busy day for Dr.Grayman. Even though it was busy I didn't feel like she rushed her time with me. This was my first visit with her and I will definitely be going back.So I have had 2 or 3 follow up visits since my initial visit. I have been trying to get rid of this scar/dark area on my forehead. Truth be told I am a picker (yes I know that is bad). And believe me Dr. Grayman also told me this and she kept it real with me saying if I keep picking at the area it won't matter what I do because I keep messing with the area. She also adviced me of what I can do to keep my hands off my face and busy on something else (I got a lil fidget toy). Dr. Grayman is excellent, she really wants you to have beautiful skin but also to take care of it.Dr. Grayman is super fantastic. The scar I had initially went to see her about is clear. She is very honest. As everyone knows, dermatological problems do not just go away. I was treated by 2 previous dermatologists who tried to continuously treat me with antibiotics over a long period of time which could cause a serious kidney problem. Dr. Grayman recommended to just stay out of the sunlight as much as possible and use sunscreen and it worked for years. No antibiotics were necessary. Dr. Grayman prevented me from having serious possible complications. Google reviews do not accurately reflect whether a doctor is good or not. It is simply one person's opinion. This opinion varies according to that person's personality, background, education and finances among other characteristics. "Dr. Grayman and her entire staff exhibit excellence in care and professionalism. Recently my daughter had a medical emergency which required dermatological care. We were fortunate that an opening was available due to a last minute cancellation (folks calling in to cancel unwanted appointments is the decent thing to do, as otherwise, we would have been waiting for almost a month to be seen). Due to her condition, my daughter could not eat and her vision was severely impacted. We were first grateful for Denise that took the time to listen and get our request for help to Dr. Grayman, we were seen an hour later. Dr. Grayman and Pricilla worked on my daughterās skin through the appointment time and into their lunch hour to get her cleaned up (so selfless!! who does that?) The more they worked on her, the better she felt and looked. The next morning, we received a follow up call from Dr. Grayman herself to check in for an update. Words cannot express how grateful we are for their prompt attention. Immediately after our appointment we had a follow up with the doctor that was previously caring for her. He remarked how great my daughter looked and asked what was done since he last saw her. His team took detailed notes of what we shared from Dr. Graymanās hands on treatment, to the patient education she provided, and changes she made to my daughterās maintenance items including lotions, shampoo conditioner, etc. Dr. Grayman knew what to do and all of her recommendations were effective and on point. We were able to see results from her care that other doctors could not deliver. "All the necessary COVID precautions were taken. The door is initially locked and you have to knock in order to enter, upon entry temperatures are checked. In the waiting room all chairs are socially distanced and all samples are separately bagged with hand sanitizer available for use nearby. We were fortunate that an opening was available due to a last minute cancellation (folks calling in to cancel unwanted appointments is the decent thing to do, as otherwise, we would have been waiting for almost a month to be seen). Due to her condition, my daughter could not eat and her vision was severely impacted. We were first grateful for Denise that took the time to listen and get our request for help to Dr. Grayman, we were seen an hour later. Dr. Grayman and Pricilla worked on my daughterās skin through the appointment time and into their lunch hour to get her cleaned up (so selfless!! who does that?) The more they worked on her, the better she felt and looked. The next morning, we received a follow up call from Dr. Grayman herself to check in for an update. Words cannot express how grateful we are for their prompt attention. Immediately after our appointment we had a follow up with the doctor that was previously caring for her. He remarked how great my daughter looked and asked what was done since he last saw her. His team took detailed notes of what we shared from Dr. Graymanās hands on treatment, to the patient education she provided, and changes she made to my daughterās maintenance items including lotions, shampoo conditioner, etc. Dr. Grayman knew what to do and all of her recommendations were effective and on point. "I am a dentist. I, my wife and my children as well as my employee and her daughter have seen Dr. Grayman for the last ten years. She is definitely a 5 star dermatologist if not a 10 star. She is very honest. As everyone knows, dermatological problems do not just go away. I was treated by 2 previous dermatologists who tried to continuously treat me with antibiotics over a long period of time which could cause a serious kidney problem. Dr. Grayman recommended to just stay out of the sunlight as much as possible and use sunscreen and it worked for years. No antibiotics were necessary. Dr. Grayman prevented me from having serious possible complications. Google reviews do not accurately reflect whether a doctor is good or not. It is simply one person's opinion. This opinion varies according to that person's personality, background, education and finances among other characteristics. "I would just like to preference this by saying I am never one to leave reviews on google but this office is truly outstanding so I definetly wanted to take the time to do so I previously saw another dermatologist who incorrectly diagnosed a rash on my face, she placed me on broad spectrum topical drugs. It helped my skin without doubt but did not help the cause of the issue. However when I saw Dr. Grayman I told her my concerns, prior history and she really took the time to diagnose me and help me come up with a plan to treat me skin. Dr. Grayman understood the differences between white skin and black skin. Medical School textbooks seldom show disorders on darker skin, but what she did not know for sure she took the time to use google as a tool to come up with a probable diagnosis. In addition to that she also took the time to go through all my OTC facial products to tell me what I should and should not be using. One day from seeing Dr. Grayman and my skin has ALREADY improved... THIS IS WHY WE NEED MORE DIVERSITY IN MEDICINE. Additionally, the office is cute, receptionist are wonderful and location is easy to find. 5/5 stars from me! Will see you again soon."
