I'm very happy with the care I've received and her staff is great never once have I felt rushed. She is a direct communicator which I love. I specially sought out an African America dermatologist and she is more than worth the wait. I have had to wait in office once or twice but I wait anytime I go to the Dr. It happens. "Posted 11/07/25I waited until my last treatment before writing this review, just to be sure the results hold up. I’d been dealing with a hyperpigmentation area for over 3 years and I tried everything—(OTC products, prescriptions) and seen a few dermatologist. Nothing worked.Frustrated - one day while searching online, I came across Dr. Grayman and PureSkin Dermatology. This time, I specifically wanted to see a dermatologist familiar with my skin type and culture because, after several failed attempts with others, I figured maybe someone who truly understands skin like mine could actually help.At first, I was hesitant (as anyone would be), but I decided to schedule a consultation. After accessing my skin issue, Dr. Grayman immediately knew what kind of treatment would work best. I even said to her “If you’re absolutely confident about this treatment, I’ll move forward with you,” and she said without hesitation, “Yes, I am confident.” At that moment, I felt optimistic that I'm in good hands.Fast forward through 4 treatments—and wow! I’m super satisfied with the results. My skin in the problem area looked so much better. Dr. Grayman and her team have been nothing but professional, kind, and attentive before, during, and after every session. The ladies at the front desk are absolute sweethearts—super warm and welcoming, but still professional. The nurse assistants are just as great—very patient, friendly, professional and detail-oriented.Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Grayman and her team. I 100% recommend PureSkin Dermatology if you’re looking for results and a staff that's professional, attentive and friendly. "Went for my annual check up, this place was aesthetically pleasing. Super cute and welcoming vibes. I was late about 7 minutes gracious they didn't cancel the appointment on me. I usually go for my annual skin exam. As a new client no issues service was great the doctor was great. They are very thorough."
"I travel all the way from London UK to see Dr Grayman. She’s literally the only dermatologist I have found in the last 10 years that truly understands skin of colour. I suffer from acne prone skin, every now and again I break out in the worst legions. I have seen various Harley street London Dr’s but frankly with little results. When things get very desperate, I reach out to Dr Greyman in Orlando to fix me! My skin seems to love her ‘Pure Skin’ range of products too. Thankfully, now I’m in town I have had my first chemical peel which has improved my texture. All that’s left is to tackle the hyperpigmentation. "Went on a very busy day for Dr.Grayman. Even though it was busy I didn't feel like she rushed her time with me. This was my first visit with her and I will definitely be going back. So I have had 2 or 3 follow up visits since my initial visit. I have been trying to get rid of this scar/dark area on my forehead. Truth be told I am a picker (yes I know that is bad). And believe me Dr. Grayman also told me this and she kept it real with me saying if I keep picking at the area it won't matter what I do because I keep messing with the area. She also adviced me of what I can do to keep my hands off my face and busy on something else (I got a lil fidget toy). Dr. Grayman is excellent, she really wants you to have beautiful skin but also to take care of it. Dr. Grayman is super fantastic. The scar I had initially went to see her about is clear. My boyfriend says it all the time like "man that spot is really gone". So now I'm just really at a point of trying to stop being a picker and following the skin care routine Dr. Grayman has given me to have clear face. 😊"

"This was my 1st visit with Dr. Grayman. I went to her for my acne. I asked her for a short term treatment because I'll leave for vacation in 9 days and my acne got worse lately. I also asked her for a long-term treatment for after I come back from vacation. She immediately took care of my request, gave me a lot of tips for acne, and gave me food guidelines, all printed out on paper as well. She prescribed me antibiotics, both oral and topical and some other topical stuff. She didn't push me to buy cleaners or other cosmetics, but if you want you can buy products in her office. I bought a cleanser with the same ingredients as the stuff in Walmart, CVS, Walgreens etcetera but perhaps this product from her office work better, I'll just give it a try; you'll never know. I'm "desperate" :)In a month I will go back to her to discuss other treatments, for the longer term.Dr. Grayman is polite and comes over to me as very professional. I can't come up with anything negative about her."
